The NextGen Finance Foundational Course is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a high standard of learning for all participants. By enrolling in the course, students agree to the following rules and guidelines.

    • The course is delivered online through the NextGen Finance member platform.

    • All lessons, quizzes, and the final exam must be completed within the platform.

    • Course access is personal and may not be shared with others.

    • Each module includes instructional content and a corresponding quiz.

    • Quizzes are designed to assess understanding of core concepts and must be completed individually.

    • A final exam is required to complete the course and qualify for certification.

    • All work submitted must be the student’s own.

    • Collaboration during quizzes or exams, or the use of unauthorized external help, is not permitted.

    • Any attempt to manipulate results or bypass the assessment system may result in disqualification from certification.

    • A certificate is awarded only upon successful completion of all required modules and the final exam.

    • Certification is based on overall performance, not solely on participation.

    • Certificates are uniquely generated and verifiable.

    • Student progress and results are recorded automatically within the system.

    • Scores, completion status, and certification records are final once issued.

    • NextGen Finance reserves the right to review results in the case of technical or integrity concerns.

    • Students are expected to engage respectfully with the platform and any community features.

    • Misuse of the platform, including attempts to disrupt systems or other users, may result in access suspension.

    • Course content, assessments, or guidelines may be updated to improve quality or accuracy.

    • Significant changes will be communicated to students through the platform.

    • For technical issues or questions regarding course rules, students may contact the NextGen Finance team via the contact page.

    • Assessment-related inquiries must be submitted before certificate issuance.

The NextGen Finance Trading Floor gives YOU the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a realistic, structured market simulation. You will build and manage a simulated portfolio, track market movements, and make investment decisions under real-world conditions.
